-Fever-

It is amazing how a sickness like fever can render you completely weak and make you sleepy. Well at least that was the case for me. Got home last night and felt a little feverish. Against the advice of my mum and Huiming, I went ahead and caught a movie with my friends at PS last night. Surprisingly throughout the entire movie, I did not feel discomfort and even enjoyed the movie-Sky Captain and the world of tomorrow.

Getting home at close to midnight I was still feeling all right but during the night I could really feel my throat getting parched and felt really warm. Imagine my horror when I took my temperature in the morning and realised it was 38.2 degree Celsius. By then I was feeling hot and flushed and needless to say the body ache had started.

Went to see the doctor and after taking my medication, went to rest. Throughout the entire nap, was feeling very warm and even perspired profusely. Woke up and saw sms from my friends asking me to take care as they knew/heard I was sick. One of my friends had written: dun burn your brain or else no one to disturb already.

However God is indeed Jehovah Rapha. Even as I'm sitting here and blogging, the fever has subsided and I'm feeling almost completely recovered albeit still a little weak. Will be going for service tomorrow instead and truly I feel weird to be at home on a Saturday!
